Designation : AMAN (SHE Incident Reporting System) and Q-Pulse Administrator,

Responsibility : AMAN

- Create request new user for new employees in AMAN System
- Provide delegation in AMAN System as per request
- Provide AMAN Role maintenance information as per department request
- Arrange employees moving/transfer department to another department
- Provide IR status report as required
- Follow-up pending issues to close the incident
- Communicate with SABIC IT office if any support needed
- Provide training material for all employees for AMAN system
- Provide guideline how to check the recommendation and how to close the recommendation
- Keep record all requests for AMAN

Responsibility : Q-Pulse

- Set up new Q-Pulse users
- Create and maintain Q-Pulse user groups
- Import Q-Pulse user from AD and Exchange
- Populate Q-Pulse menu structure
- Create Q-Pulse generated messages
- Create and publish search folders
- Create customized Q-Pulse reports
- Customize Q-Pulse Lunch Pads for different user roles
- Create and customized escalation flows
- Brand Q-Pulse with your company logos
- Customize Q-Pulse terminology to suit your requirements
- Assign and manage password controls
- Establish your document storage preference
- Create your preferred numbering sequences
- Create and manage Q-Pulse deputies
