Receive Stationary Requisitions from all Retail Branches and Departments of GB by mail or Fax Make necessary amendments for the requested quantity in reference with the previous delivery records and process stationary requests accordingly Update stock records in the system by entering relevant data Ensure smooth distribution of stationary to all respective locations as per the schedule Check stock level of all stationary materials in the system and prepare purchase requisitions accordingly Ensure that stock limits are maintained for all printed items and place purchase requisition in a quarterly basis Receive all deliveries of stationary items and printed materials and cross-check the quantity with the LPO Update stock level and ensure appropriate data entry for MIS reporting Forward delivery records to the relevant departments for clearing payment. Follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner Comply to Anti - Money laundering policies and ensure they are up-to-date on all existing and new updates
My responsibility is to keep all the property of the bank of the Furniture and record everything that moves from place to where and from where and also devices and cell phone bills for staff
