- Establish the Centre Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensures that all processes are adequately defined, documented, communicated, promoted, maintained and delivers all the needed process trainings as required.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

- Ensure that customer complaints are investigated and resolved with the
necessary corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop IMS objectives & strategies that support company objectives’

- Monitor and review Quality, Safety, environment and process safety
performance against company’s set objectives and take necessary action
to advise process owners to strive for improvements.
- Monitor departmental performance against agreed targets.

- Utilize data driven techniques like six sigma in process improvement
projects.
- Working with laboratory and Engineering staff to develop, update and
supervise supervised and un-supervised machine learning models to
improve product and process design and performance.

Timeseries models for making informed decisions about production schedules, inventory levels and resource allocation.

Responsibilities:
• 100% of scheduled and non- routine analyses are performed by:
• monitoring the performance of 100% lab equipment calibration, maintenance through data processing, analysis, and reviewing the Quality Control Chart by Shewhart control chart by Minitab.
• 100% on time delivery of lab consumables.
• 100% compliance of environment and safety obligations and standards. Conduct Internal Audit and Management Review Program.
• Follow-up the KPIs, enterprise risk and objectives of the organization processes.
• Develop and maintain scripts and queries to import, manipulate and clean data from different resources.
• Assemble and maintain databases to support analyses using Advanced Microsoft Excel, Minitab, SQL, SPSS, Stata, R and Python.

Responsibilities:
• Participation of building up the Laboratory (Selecting Chemical, Glassware, methods, Policy and working instructions).
• Perform sampling and analysis safely for Water, Ammonia, Nitric Acid, and Ammonium nitrate, on time and to recognized international methods, local documented procedures, and the preparation of reports.

• Microwave Plasma (Agilent 4100 MP-AES).
• Ion Chromatograph (Dionex ICS-1600).
• Kjeldahl (KjelMaster K-375).
• TOC&TN (Teledyne Tekmar).
• Karl Fischer titrator (Mettler Toledo V20 Compact Volumetric KF Titrator).
• Spectrophotometer (HACH DR 6000 benchtop).
