•Repairs and routine maintenance of
telephone exchange, facsimile machines, HF-radios and paging system in the field and terminal location with contractor assistance (Etisalat).
• Routine maintenance for public address/general alarm (PAGA) and replace faulty speakers when needed.
• Approving excavation certificates for contractors and identifying locations that are safe for digging and excavating.
• Maintenance of fiber optic (FO) cables to make sure communications are not disrupted by faulty or dirty cables.
•Routine maintenance of synchronous digital hierarchy (SDH) and plesio digital hierarchy (PDH) by replacing suspected faulty cards and programming the new cards. Replacing faulty westermo convertors to sustain communications with remote wells.
•Attending surveys with contractor for upgrades to any telecom system in the field and explaining how the system works.
Research and Development.
Building Laser diode heads and connecting them to the PCB board.
Laser curing on fibers.

Fiber optic preperation including stripping, cleaving and applying glue.
Soldering fiber optic compnents.
Testing final product for quality assurance including leak and light testing.

Interface with customers via inbound or outbound calls or the Internet for the purpose of passively or actively selling products and services.
