DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Installing and configuring VMware VSphere (ESXi, venter).
• Deploy VM, Add ESXi Host, Esxi Network Configuration.
• Installing, supporting, and managing Exchange Servers 2016, 2010.
• Installing, supporting, and managing SQL Servers.
• Installation, Backup, Recovery, Backup, and Recovery from Tape / Tape Library, VM Replication
• Advance troubleshooting of backup and restore failures on multiple platforms with varied
configurations. Perform data restorations for servers, file systems, and databases upon business
unit request.
• Support and administration on Veritas Net Backup.
• Installing, supporting, and managing Web filter using SOPHOS.
• Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings,
directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational & security
requirements.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server
resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying
completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
• Maintaining internal servers Windows and troubleshooting problems.
• Strong in day-to-day Active Directory management at the domain enterprise level.
• Strong in technical Troubleshooting & understanding of Windows infrastructure services (e.g. AD,
GPO, and File/Print, DHCP, DNS, Global Catalog, Active directory replication, certificate services)
within the enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of AD architecture and infrastructure with specific knowledge in privileged
access management, security, group policies, and user account life cycle. Knowledge or
experience in Identity management is a plus.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Active Directory topology and related features.
• Manage a server infrastructure with machines running Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, and
2012 R2, 20016, 2019.
• Lead, Train and develop the team of Systems Support.
• Examine and analyze users’ requirements, design and develop system buildings and specifications
and supervise the development and integration of hardware systems,
telecommunications and network systems during the built-up, installation and implementation.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the
supporting infrastructure.
• Interact with external clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provide answers in
a timely manner.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships and manage the purchase of hardware,
telecommunications, networking systems, and other IT supplies.
