Databases & Application.
* Perform system upgrades as necessary for software and hardware
related.
* Assist with contacting vendors and service providers of IT equipment and
supplies for efficient and effective office operations.
* Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping
information confidential.
* Performs preventative maintenance on IT systems and networks;
monitors system performance and accuracy.
* Plan and implement E1 upgrades, ESU implementations, and Service
Packs.
* Understand, maintain and support existing application

* Manage servers & administrate and backup database.
* Conducting presentations and live demos for clarifying and resolving any issue
the customer may have regarding.
