•Ensure all feeds coming into OSN air as intended; are recorded and distributed in the correct video and audio configuration.
•Create and schedule secondary events.
•Ensure OSN channels broadcast with consistently high standards 24/7.
•Constant check and update transmission schedules using Pebble Beach and BCM- Broadcast Control Management system.
•Ingest and co-ordination of live events.
•Monitor and report any error on transmission of the Electronic Program Guide (EPG).
•Contacting feed providers, playout & uplink facilities to resolve issues.
•Identifying issues and resolving them within the area, and assisting with accurate reporting.

•Follow up customer complains to ensure customer satisfaction
•Coordinate with admin dept to facilitate customer financial payments
•Maintain and update customer information
