Electrical Works: Medium and low voltage Cables networking - landscape lighting installation -
Underground mechanical rooms that serve the lake, the fountains and the waterfall.
Light Current: Sound system indoor and outdoor speakers - Fire Alarm (Modification to the existing fire alarm system design, changing the scenario by linking elevators, as the elevator shall descend to the ground floor (Nearest floor) opening doors and stops working in case of fire) to the system and adding sirens to the underground mech. Rooms) - CCTV - DATA - metal detection system (X-ray detector and metal detector walk through).

OUTDOOR: Electrical works installation, testing & commissioning including-but not limited to: Cables networking- landscape lighting (various types of decorative pollards and poles) - Feeder pillars for irrigation and lighting - landscape underground mechanical rooms for irrigation, filtration & Fountains Installation.
The installation and operation of the substations feeding the whole site including operation of the Main distribution boards.
INDOOR: all internal electrical installations of: lighting - power sockets- HVAC cables and panels- submersible pumps installation. & light currents installation including: data sockets - telephone sockets - CCTV sockets- fire alarm panels and detectors for various types of buildings.
Supervising the installation and operation of the substations feeding the whole site including operation of the Main distribution boards.
(2)Site: Renaissance Marriot Hotel
Job description: Supervising:
Electrical Works: cable trays- power sockets - Boiler Room electrical equipment and panels - room electrical panels having KNX systems - INDOOR & OUTDOOR lighting - Swimming Pool electrical equipment and panels - HVAC electrical criteria - Light Dimming panels and Building management system (BMS) Panels.
Mechanical Works: VRV installation (including indoor units, outdoor units and copper piping installation and pressure testing) Duct works installation (including Fresh air ducts in corridors - Vents installation - Duct insulation and inspection) - Fire piping installation, tamper and flow switches installation testing and commissioning - Plumbing installation (Domestic - waste).
Capable of calculating duct weight according to its gauge and calculation of Insulation area - Lifting station analysis and procedures of operation (sequence included)
Light Current Works: Data - telephone - IPTV - CCTV - trunks installation - Fire Alarm:
Analyzing, Testing and commissioning of the fire alarm cause and effect.
(3)Site: Mountain View city 1 (Beside El-Rehab City)

INDOOR: Domestic water and waste pipes.
Electrical Works: Swimming pool (Panels, Cables, Wiring and pumps connections and operation) - Lakes (Panels, Cables, Wiring and filtration pumps connections and operation & Earth systems).
(4)Site: SOFICO Pharma Medicine Storage Warehouse (El-SAWAH)
Job description: Supervising:
Electrical Works: (lighting - sockets- cable trays - Electrical panels - Generator - HVAC panels).
Light Current Works: (Data - telephone - IPTV - CCTV- Fire alarm detectors and horns.
Mechanical Works: HVAC DX units installation (indoor units & outdoor units wiring & duct installation) - Fire Fighting.
