DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage team consist of 10 technicians and engineers by working distribute, weekly shifts,
- Demands of spare parts by SAP program.
- Writing reports of problems for preventive maintenance engineer and manager.
- Preparing and doing preventive maintenance for machines as advised in their manuals &put them in records.
- Doing of predictive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
- Providing back office support(selection/ quotation) to the sales team.
- Troubleshooting and maintain of some processing equipments like Pumps and Valves
- Keep up with my team to make the periodical maintenance for refrigeration and air conditioning.
- Troubleshooting of Electro-Mechanics, Electro-Pneumatics and Hydraulics systems,
testing and maintain of motors (AC& DC).
- Troubleshooting of thermoforming and filling machines.
- Responsible for making over hauling of thermoforming and filling machines.
- Using of data sheets, manuals and catalogues, excellent technical English knowledge.

- Solving the problems (corrective maintenance)
- Writing the daily problems reports.

- Less of using spare parts by keeping up of preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance.
