. Receive the machine with a mailed complain service report from team leader
. Apply a walk around inspection for machine
. Hoist the machine, Fill a check list, inspect all machine systems and components
. Plan the job, Apply a failure analysis, Find the route cause, Apply the repair
. Check SIS web ( service information system ) for any service reports for the machine
. Test the machine using CAT ET, Fill a SIMS
. Report a presentation for the overhaul repair
. Mentoring a team of technician
. Follow up with dealers for maintenance schedule
. Fill a daily check list and report any failure
. Contact with dealers and sub dealers for parts
. Follow up operators for proper operation, good cycle time and machine performance
