• Review of Curriculum and development process i.e.
• Review of grade 1-5, 6- 8, 9-10 & 11-12 curriculum for curriculum revision, Need assessment, Questionnaires development, Data collection, Data analysis and Report
• Revise grade 9 and 10 curriculum, with particular responsibility for English, Bengali and Religious Studies .Preparation of subject manuals, including detailed exemplary teaching-learning activities,

• Trainer of the Master trainers, Question Setters, and Moderators for nation-wide teacher training program on Secondary School Certificate public examination reform and graded them for selection according to criteria basis.
• Team leader (one of 24 team leaders) for nation-wide teacher training program for the purpose of Secondary School Certificate examination reform along with School Based Assessment (SBA) for school and revised Secondary School Certificate examination reform dissemination to all subject teachers, head teachers, district level officials (Research Officers, Assistant Inspectors, District Education Officers) were trained leading them to supervise as well as monitor the examination reform.

• help students in learning English by asking questions and answers, , group work, peer work and eclectic approach
• help learners confident in speaking and writing skills
• develop students with social/moral/cultural values when necessary
• assess learners’ language skills in class work, on class test, through home work and feedback according to their need
