* Delivering highest standards (such as CBAHI) of health care quality.
* Creating Policies and Procedures, Job Description, Guidelines and Protocols, which were applied by direct teaching to the whole staff.
*And following the quality of care given for total bed capacity of 141 beds and more than 700 employees (main ICU, Tower ICU’s and ICCU).
1. Responsible for unit operation during the assigned shifts.
2. Ensure the delivery of high quality care to patients.
