Processing diary of cash and production and recording accounting entries on the accounting system.
* Work on the follow-up of purchase orders and ensure the validity of the request in coordination between the Procurement Section and the warehouse section and ensure the validity of invoices and enter them on the system.
* Follow-up of raw orders and documentary credits from the arrival to the port until it reached the factory land.
* Cost of goods and raw materials from the beginning of the raw request until the beginning of production and entered into the accounting system.
* Payroll and monthly closing statements for prepaid expenses, accrued expenses and bank reconciliations.
* Work budget and monthly income statement.
* Processing inventory statements end of the year and warehouse inventory and the corresponding between the accounting system and warehouses and address the difference, if any.
* Work with both internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits

• Develop annual budget in close coordination with other departments.
• Monitor the annual budget and follow up with other departments to work on any gaps. This analysis is considered in the development of next years’ budgets.
