Responsibilities:
1. Manage staff and operations
• Provides management support to the Head of Department and links with other functions within the Department including: Office Administration, Sales & Marketing, Cash handling and Technical AV / IT staff.
• Provides guidance, motivation and management to the subordinates to ensure that they are effectively managing the day to day operations as per the Agreed Service Level Agreement
• Continually lead by example and act as a role model for the Operations Managers, Supervisors, Guest Ambassador and Customer service staff to ensure optimal productivity and standards of service
• Acquire, develop, and provide standard operating procedures for all aspects of the operations.
• Liaise with all contractors and other entities involved in At the Top to maintain the attraction.
• Liaise and advise on complete integrated security plan.
• Liaise and advise on design and build of the experience / attraction and retail store.
• Contribute to the plan and delivery of performance projections for At the Top. Analysis will include marketable capital and top-line operating performance.
• Co-ordinates and delivers all aspects of training to Supervisors and employees within operations. Ensures new employees and managers receive appropriate training as per the agreed position description.
• Continually review the companies Policies and Procedures / Training & Development Manuals to ensure that we are compliant will aspects of service delivery, safety, security and evacuation procedures
• Provide regular Participates as member of Daily Briefings, Weekly Operations Meetings with Management communication and feedback to staff, managers, co-workers and team members so that employees are able to make good decisions and take relevant action.

2. Responsible for financial management
• Provides input to a budget plan that will provide an operating Profit and Loss. Operating budgets will include traditional information such as attendance figures, cost of sales, revenue, and operating expenses.
• Suggest areas for future growth potential and provide plans for capital expansion that will include a financial analysis for each operating year.
• Suggest potential expansion to include ancillary markets not presently realized as the product continues to grow.
• Oversee capital equipment and supply lists to ensure the smooth operation of the attractions.
• Operate and manage financial controls in line with the policy and rules directed by the Finance Department.

3. Ensure safe working environment: • Actively support Company Compliance with the Health & Safety in employment and act ensuring that Emaar is not exposed to unnecessary risk or costs associated with non-compliance.
• Identify hazards, and ensure actions are taken to eliminate, isolate or minimize these by utilizing operational safety procedures consistent with the Health & Safety in Employment Act and ensure staff comply with safe operating practices.
• Ensure visitors are protected by safe systems & ensure safety systems and procedures are adequate to cope with emergencies. Continually improve the Safety culture.
