As a Quality assurance assessor, I work to provide assurance that all policies and procedures are being adhered to and our agents are operating at the required competency and meeting regulatory requirements.
In the last 2 years, I’m responsible for contributing to positive change and improvement in customer experience and suitable customer outcomes, through continuous improvements, reporting, and analysis of trends.
I am an Aircraft mechanical technician, I graduated in 2014 with a very good rating.
