Oversee and coordinate between all production activities and operations with recording its production and efficiency
Plan and draw up a production schedule with coordination with sales forecasting and adjust the schedule as needed
Decide and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate
Selecting equipment with top management and agree with the vendor on a maintenance schedule
Ensure that the production is cost-effective by estimating the cost, negotiating, and agreeing on budgets with both clients and managers Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed all the time with constant inspection
Ensure customer orders are completed on time with quality standards Work with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals Collect and analyze data, putting together production reports for both
