• Solution Architect and Pre-Sales:
- Up to date with latest Service Provider, Data Center and collaboration technologies and innovations.
- Conduct technology update workshops with customers for the latest technologies
- Attend Cisco Partnership events for technology updates.
- Work with customers on their requirements toward mature opportunity.
- Response to RFPs related to Service Provider and Data Center.
- Do business development trips to multiple countries .
• Professional Services - Post Sales Activities and leadership:
- Service Provider Network, Data Center and Collaboration Projects Implementations.
- Acquire customer satisfaction and build productive customer relationship.
- Support the implementation of strategic and Integrated Network, Collaboration solutions.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day operational support to corporate Local, Metropolitan, and Wide Area Networks (LAN/WLAN/WAN/PABX),
Manage, administrate and Support IN / VAS / OSS Data network and integration with IP Backbone.
Manage, maintain and support the corporate data networks, admission controlling /NAC/ and IP telephony services/ Cisco UC/.
Design and plan new data networks considering High availability and scalability, and supervise the installations and commissioning.
Configure, manage, and maintain network Element Cisco Routers /12xx, 76xx, 72xx, 38xx, 28xx.../ Cisco Switches /65xx, 45xx, 40xxx, 29xx /, Firewalls / PIX, ASA55xx, FWSM/, Cisco IPS, Nexus Switches /5k, 2k, 1k/, Cisco UCS, Bluecoat ProxySG.
Complete configuration and troubleshooting all IP Services over routers (MPLS, MPLS-L3VPN, MPLS-CsC, Pseudo wire VLL, VPLS, MPLS-TE, FRR and many other services).
Set, manage, and subnet the IP address planning schemes.
Setup and maintain gateway security, applying security auditing check on all data communication Network elements, and fix any vulnerable in configuration as well as monitoring security and performance logs.
Provide diagnostic, problem solving and referral services for the data network environment.
Prepare progress reporting and other statistical reports as well as organize documentations.
Set and meet different network KPIs, and network team KPIs.
Identify and specify hardware requirements and dimensioning of the data network.
Implement new system upgrades and patches to existing network equipments.
Generate link utilization and capacity planning reports and propose yearly expansion.
Offer network consultancy to other divisions.
Performs other duties as needed or assigned.
I worked at Syria branch office and My Duties include:
Organizing the network product line working activities, schedule and plan for new project engineering delivery, follow up the projects progress, communicate with customer and raise satisfaction on services.
Provide technical support to service provider networks / STE Public Data Network, Syriatel and MTN mobile operator.
Manage subcontractor’s activities and supervise Hardware and software installation and quality inspection, making onsite training.
Deliver training for customers, Handover full project documentation and consulting the requirements for future expansion,
Working on NGN network planning, commissioning and optimizing IP Bearer Network.
Providing technical services for largest optical access network including numbering planning, v5.2 assigning, SDH, Microwave deployment, network troubleshooting and acceptance test achieving.
Providing technical services for broadband access network including IP planning, proposal consulting and engineering delivery including data configuration template, working flow and progress, network troubleshooting and supporting the delivery of 33K ADSL Line Project.
Troubleshooting projects network problems within 3G, NGN, SMSC, and CRPT, GPRS provider network including performance and application connectivity issues.
Provide technical training for new stuff as and make the technical orientation.
Working on various networking project's design cooperating with pre-sales to allow the network to scale thousands subscribers. This includes massive network reengineering projects to upgrade and cutover the core network including the company’s server farms and third party connectivity solutions.

Deployed OSPF and RIP routing protocols for over 20 enterprise branches.
Installed, Configured and supported Cisco routers using IPSEC, GLBP, QOS, GRE TUNNELING, DHCP, OFFSET LIST, AAA, INTERFACE TRACKING, RIPv2 with Route Redistribution
Deployed VLANs, VTP (Transparent Mode), VLAN interfaces, DHCP, AAA, L2 Ether channel.
Proficiency in using CiscoWorks, Cisco LAN Management (Resource Manager Essentials, Internetwork Performance Monitor, Campus LAN Manager, and Device fault Manager) Solution.
Assembled and Mounted Cisco Network Switches, HP Servers. Upgraded Cisco IOS for Core Switches and Access Routers such as CatOS6509, 7606, 2811, 2600, Extreme Alpine Core Switches.
support Cisco products such as; Cisco Routers, Switches, LMS e.t.c
