Key Duties & Responsibilities
•Assisting users with computer hardware and/or software applications (e.g. e-mail setup, troubleshooting, etc.) for the purpose of providing immediate problem resolution and/or escalating for resolution.
•Install hardware and software for the purpose of providing upgrades and program expansion to maintain standards.
•monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
•talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
•rapidly establishing a good working and other professionals.
•Installation of applications.
•Setup of internet services for customers.
•Installation of Switches and hubs.
•Providing user assistance for business application.
