1-CUSTOMER SERVICE:
• Assist the customer in the best way
• Collect customer data and provide to direct to all customers.
• Provide appropriate after sales service to all customers.
• Provide feedback to line manager about customer need.
• Ensure to keep all promises made of customer.
• End sales in a way to retain customer.
• Manage high standard of hygiene.
3-STOCK EFFICIENCY:5-SHOP ADMINISTRATION:
• Follow all the policies and procedures tightly.
• Manage cash properly
• Implement checklist daily to assure retail atmosphere is excellent as per standards.
