* Work details:
- Monitor of the whole GSM/UMTS/LTE network equipment (RBSs, BTSs, MSCs, BSCs, RNCS, HLRs, SCPs, VAS, DXX, Repeaters, Environment) and IT servers, while initiating and following-up on tickets for detected incidents.
- Applies the procedures related to the department functions, maintains their respect & coherence, and participates in setting up processes associated with the Quality Insurance Plan of the company.
- Identifies and records encountered incidents on the Network (RBSs, BTSs, MSCs, RNCS, BSCs, HLRs, SCPs, VAS, DXX, Repeaters, Minilinks, Servers, Environment) and IT servers.
- Initiates tickets on detected incidents to the sub-contractors and/or to the corresponding maintenance team.
- Records in real time on the intranet, the time, cause, and solution to any problem causing traffic stoppage on a particular cell.
- Forensic investigation and Reporting of Network Outages.
- Work collaboratively across the Engineering department to resolve high level service disruptions.
- Responsible for providing innovative technical solutions for complex and challenging network issues.
- Supports remotely the sites intervenes (Taking remote actions if necessary).
- Handles incoming calls of the maintenance teams and subcontractors intervening on sites.
- Handles the site access database and records in real time all active interventions.
- Monitor Key performance indicators (KPI's) parameters and performance analysis & investigation.
- Good knowledge concerning base station installation and maintenance, and ability to provide suitable troubleshooting in order to solve any problem concerning telecom Site.
- Well knowledge in Drive test technique, parameters for 2G and 3G technology and analyzing results in order to provide suitable Solutions for Site Problems such as Weak Coverage Case, Drop Calls Case, Handover Problem…….
- Maintains a coherent management of the technical data tables in the SM database in a way to preserve reliable queries and reporting.
- Follows-up pending Incidents Tickets in order not to cross the specific KPIs.
- Reports, analyzes traffic stoppage reasons and suggests improvements.
- Supports technically the Call Center staff (queries and/or modifications concerning client profiles).

*Work details:
- Installation ELV System (Fire Alarm, CCTV, AV system, Access Control....)
- Maintenance and troubleshooting all ELV Problems and follow up with the clients.

* Work details:
- Work in Abraj Kudai Project as Coordination Engineer.
- Coordinate and follow up all the ELV System (CCTV, Master Clock, Access Control System, Audiovisual System, Car Parking System, IPTV, VOIP, Fire Alarm…….)
- Carry out internal coordination for ELV systems
- Check the Shop Drawings for All ELV System before submitted to the Main Contractor.
- Follow Up All the system Engineers and advise them where needed in order to cooperate all the system and coordinate the interface between all applied ELV systems.
- Determine and coordinate system interfaces between ICAD’s systems from one side and the systems done by the other contractors from the other side in order to avoid any clashes between our systems and their systems.
-Prepare the BOQ Documents, requests for information, Internal Interfaces Tracker, and External Interfaces Tracker between all the other contractors.
- Compose several reports and presentations including systems optimization reports, etc.
- Prepare the power requirements, grounding requirements and fire alarm interfaces for coordination with the electro-mechanical contractor
-Prepare coordination activities with the architectural, electro-mechanical, and elevators contractors.
- Create the necessary schedules and tracker sheets to follow up on the drawings production status and to track the coordination progress
- Finalize case studies in collaboration with system engineers and the coordination team, review the information present, and produce reports for the management
- Review the electro-mechanical combined services layout and propose alternative routes in case of any clashes
- Prepare the concrete slabs and walls opening requirements for coordination with the structural contractor.

* Work details:
- Working with the Radio Optimization Team in Drive Test in order to check and improve the Performance of the Second generation of telecommunication (2G) for Touch Mobile Operator.
- Collect Data from Sites and Analyze It Using TEMS Software.
- Analyze and Provide Solutions for Site Problem such as Weak Coverage Case, Drop Calls Case, Interference, Handover Problem and Call Setup Failure…….
-Testing and analyzing Cluster and SSV.
- Coordinate with the Rigger and Advise him in order to reach our goals.
-Well Knowledge in Antenna Types and its coverage.

* Work details:
- Maintenance the base Stations (BTS) installed of the third generation of telecommunication (3G) for Touch Mobile Operator.
- Implementation and configuration the third generation of telecommunication (3G).
-BTS External alarms installation, configuration and testing.
-Preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Working with the Radio Optimization Team in Drive Test in order to check and improve the performance of the third generation of telecommunication (3G).
- Collect Data from Sites and Analysis it Using Genex Probe Software.
- Analyze and Provide Solutions for Site Problem such as Weak Coverage Case, Drop Calls Case, Interference, Handover Problem and Call Setup Failure…….
-Testing and analyzing Cluster and SSV.

* Work details:

-Installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of BTS3900, RTN 950 and RTN 980.
-Huawei Microwave Link installation, line of site alignment, commissioning and maintenance, E1 routing.
-Site supervision, Maintenance & Troubleshooting (Microwave, Node-B, Power and Civil Work).
-Handling transmission alarms.
-Troubleshooting the Network faults.
-Excellent knowledge in Huawei equipment: antennas and microwave antennas, cabling and backbone, power and coverage.
-Clearance of Alarms & KPI’s monitoring.
