Qatari Diar Vinci Construction (QDVC) is building the first railway transportation system in Qatar in the new city of Lusail, North of Doha, which will accommodate 250, 000 people and around 400, 000 visitors per day. The project is to build a light metro in a town not yet existing, facing the difficulty to anticipate the future needs of the city.

The project consists of:
- 4 tramway operation lines
- 8 underground stations and 30 at-grade stations
- 9 km underground and 18 km at-grade
- 1 depot, operation & maintenance workshop
- 30 trains

QDVC work on Early Contractor Involvement on this project.

Main duties:
- Develop the Concept and Preliminary Design (with the consultant)
- Manage and Coordinate the interfaces (with CW and Architects)
- Prepare all Tender documents (Scope, technical documents, planning, contractual documents)
- Review of technical & commercials offers and negotiation, up to the selection of the Sub-contractor
