Progressive cuisine is the master of tastes. Mounir Harire, from a simple amateur to the art of gastronomy It is the cuisine that chose me to be a chef in the fluctuation of the pages of our Moroccan history, I left the butchery profession to integrate the world of cooking. Mounir Harire was raised in a house which sanctifies the kitchen. Yes, he is not the only one in his family who cooks, he has forged a culinary philosophy around the ingredients on which his signatures reveal art paintings, he has succeeded in bringing together the two culinary cultures by drawing inspiration from the history and originality of both Moroccan and French cuisine. Mounir Harire has always wanted to transmit his passion and that is why he devotes a large part of his time to the training of young chefs, the big ones of tomorrow.
