- Managed with the brand team the planning and implementation of a nation-wide trial activity campaign in Iraq as well as the execution of a trial activity in Mousul and Basra; coordinated with the creative agency the development of different touch points’ communication materials; drafted the activity recommendation form consisting of: activity objectives, business case justification, budget split, promotion mechanics, and return on investment analysis.
- Launched and conducted a project to analyze and predict competitors’ behaviors in Levant and Yemen. Performed a complete assessment of their tactical moves and strategies across different channels globally and locally; tracked their activities and marketing budgets across all segments; evaluated and analyzed their in-store visibility, communication tactics as well as their trade incentive structures.

- Created the HORECA tracker, to better monitor the department budget and manage contracts.
- Supervised the full summer promotion of KENT at premium outlets. Managed teams of brand ambassadors. Optimized the current process, increasing the number of contacts by 50% per night.
- Acted as trade marketing representative (TMR) for key accounts over a period of 3 months; achieved 98% of daily calls and made sure that the overall availability of British American Tobacco brands is above 95%.
- Managed and evaluated the TMRs performance as part of the full field force evaluation.
- Recommended and executed an innovative initiative (Pack Pusher) that improved the efficiency of the TMRs work and increased the brands visibility.

- Attended a luxury marketing make-up seminar at L’Oreal headquarters in Paris.
