• Troubleshoot cooling system failures (e.g., compressor issues, refrigerant
m leaks, airflow problems).
• Ensure minimum downtime by implementing rapid-response protocols.
3. Emergency Response & Crisis Management
• Establish emergency response procedures for elevator entrapments and
m HVAC failures in critical facilities.
• Ensure availability of backup cooling systems for mission-critical areas (e.g.,
m data centers, medical units).
• Coordinate with fire safety and electrical teams to handle emergencies
m involving HVAC and elevator systems.
4. Quality Assurance & Inspection
• Conduct monthly inspections for elevators (load tests, brake tests,
m emergency power checks).
• Assess cooling system performance through thermal load analysis and air
m quality monitoring.
• Approve the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of systems to meet
m safety and operational standards.

• Integrating GIS with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, CAD, BIM, etc.).
