Offering after-sales services about the dosing pump Milton Roy Europe for the oil and gas, petrochemicals and chemicals and water treatment market.

Traveling to visit potential clients. Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers.

Marketing & sales development of all Milton Roy Europe products (Dosing Pump & Process Skids Materials) with an emphasis on process dosing.

Business development, ensuring steady business growth, increase of sales output and maximization of margin.

Evaluating new sales opportunities, regular sales calls/visits.

Developing and maintaining strong business relations with the clients.

Developing new and existing supply channels to match Milton Roy Europe ongoing market direction, updating suppliers’ information.

Formulating sales/marketing plans; work on the sales budgets; reviewing of market pricing.

Following up on projects developments from early stage.

Reviewing & quoting of received enquiries for both day-to-day and project requirements with the back-office support of Milton Roy Europe.

Negotiating orders in the best interest of Milton Roy Europe.

Maintaining trade within Milton Roy’s commercial terms and ensuring that Milton Roy procedures and policies are followed.

Processing of stock and traded sales orders, updating of clients’ specification info.

Follow-up with other departments on delivery of orders ensuring clients satisfaction and respect of contractual obligations.

Producing timely reports to management (weekly report, market summary reports etc.).

Monitoring competitors’ activity 
- Overseeing day-to-day administrative running of the office ensuring compliance with Milton Roy procedures & processes
