n my current role as General Manager, I am involved in the management of overall operations of the wheat flour and animal feed factories with a focus on achieving maximum productivity, efficiency, and profitability. I lead and mentor team to achieve set goals. I monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and implement cost-control measures to enhance profitability and attain financial targets. I establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, government agencies, and industry associations.

Here are some of my key accomplishments:

✪ Led the state-of-the-art wheat flour factory with a daily capacity of 250 tons, along with a newly built animal feed factory with a capacity of 30 tons per hour. Drive operational efficiency/production processes to meet the highest quality standards.

✪ Developed and applied strategic guidelines/business plans to ensure timely delivery of products and fulfil customer needs.

✪ Adhered to local, national, and international regulations related to food safety, health, and environmental standards.
