• Run induction sessions for up to 30 students at a time on various subject matters such as IT use, exam techniques and revision tips.
• Produce displays and Powerpoint presentations in order to portray information to students.
• Provide IT support to LRC users, assist students in the location and operation of learning resources.
• Support students with various software packages, including MS office and the use of CD Rom and Internet.
• Provide computing assistance to teaching and administrative staff with the operation of software and hardware.
• Work as part of a team supervising and supporting students in accessing all of the centre facilities.
