Director of Information Technology Division with Twenty years of experience, Responsible for defining the technical strategies for our team that’s aligned with the corporate strategies, lead a team of IT professionals including IT Operations, Service Delivery, Vendor Management, Governance and Cyber Security, Building & managing all IT infrastructure such as Software, hardware, Network & security. Manage & administrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP system - Cloud.
Part of my responsibilities are:
• Prepare financial budgets (Opex and Capex) and present proposals for capital projects to senior executives.
• Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management
• Manage IT Division by applying multiple levels of IT Services management processes Bases on ITIL Standard
• Lead the implementation for Digital Transformation projects such as (ERP system, Enterprise security solutions, 3D printing, virtual reality glasses, BIM solutions)
• Contribute to Vendor management, procurement process, developing RFPs, RFQs, and bid proposals.
• Implement IT Shared services between different branches and subsidiaries
• Plan, Architect, Operate, and Maintain Project Server (EPM) & lead the customization for the project management process and related reports according to PMI standard
• Implement Cloud solution such Office 365 end to end, Microsoft azure infrastructure, Cloud Collaboration tools
• Provide a Second Line support for all the deployed Systems such as (Microsoft windows, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, File Servers, Cisco LAN, Juniper WAN, SAN Storages, Backup Solutions, Fortinet Security Systems, Mail security, SEIM solutions .SQL, Oracle DB’s, SharePoint, Portal, Web Site, Internal Development systems, Docuware Archiving system, CCTV, RUKUS WIFI and many others )
