5- Adopt all measures in Lands Department
6- Make all agreements, commitment, bon and contract in both language Arabic & English, compensation, accidents resulted by the job, staff termination, other agreements attached to employment, rewards, punishments
7- Cognizance all interior rules and personnel department for companies (precaution, laborer, disciplinary and legal)
8- Declare all the legal procedures, the international law procedures related to international businesses.
9- Penetrating, arbitration, mediation, reconciliations
10- Offering all legal consultations attached to rules and legislations
11- Prepare and oppose to all cases raised against the agent or by him at all execution steps
12- Prepare and review all international and internal contracts, showing opinion towards it, manage negotiations, present the meetings with or on behalf the agent, form all international and internal arbitration conditions, present the agents in all special contentions
13- To know all financial, contracting, construction companies works
14- Ability to provide individuals with consultancies related to all legal issues (banks/ insurances / courts and cases).
Lawyer
- Registration in Bar Association as trainee Lawyer for two years and passing verbal & writing exam, Get license in law from Jordanian Regular Bar Association.
