Umniah is a mobile cellular telecommunication network in Jordan (Operator).
Managing and leading medium and urgent Telecom projects to satisfy a given company needed.
Coordinating with the vendor/contractor and supervising them to follow the work plan and finish the implementation tasks as my company needs, support their needs, and help my supervisor. Coordination with the other departments in the company to solve problem issues
Undertaking the Acceptance and Quality sides within and after the installation of the equipment’s. visiting sites with the contractors to receive the completed work and as built s documents
Undertaking the Survey work and TSSR documents for the new upcoming projects, making sure the equipment’s, power source and civil structure are ready to begin installation.
Projects: Umniah Phase 10, Phase 11, LTE, 60 to 30 Swap Antennas Phase 1.
1- Making Multiple tests: Clusters and Highways drive test, Calls experience, Indoor coverage and Roaming Using TEMS Investigation Software and TEMS Pocket Software
2- Coordinating with the NEXIUS to submit the files and documents and check for the Errors.
Project : Drive test for Quality Purposes - Umniah Company with NEXIUS

Job Responsibilities :
• Coordinating with the vendor (Huawei) to follow the work plan as the customer and vendor need.
• Coordinating with the vendor to submit all the final documents and check for the errors
• Distributing the work between Technicians and Engineers as Teams
• Coordinating with the field technicians and Engineers to resolve any problems and make sure that we match the customer’s standard.

2- Site Engineer ( September 2010 - October 2012 )
Site Engineer Outsourced for Huawei (Jan - June 2012)
• As Surveyor, prepares and making site survey (e.g. procedures, system level documentation, reports, photos, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference, and/or conveying information.
• As Supervisor Implementation on multiple sites for installing new equipment’s by Subcontractors ( check the work, solve problems and Troubleshooting)
• As Quality Engineer, visit sites, check the work to make sure it has excellent quality and matches the customer’s standard ; making SSV quality reports
• Installing Huawei wireless sites : DBS3900 ( SRAN & UTRAN ), Antenna Kathrein ( XP + XXP) , Remote Radio Unit . Fibers as the interface. Using site master machine to test the VSWR .In addition outdoor cabinets solutions.
• Installing Huawei Transmission Microwave, Indoor unit RTN 910 -980, 1+1 protection and XPIC, configuring the link by U2000 Web LCT software, multiple sizes of the Dish

• Receive and distribute the materials and Equipment from Warehouse to the sites
• Installing Huawei wireless sites : BTS3900 ( BTS + Node B ), Antenna Kathrein ( XP +Tri-band) , Remote Radio Unit . Feeders, Jumbers and Fibers as the interface. Using site master machine to test the VSWR .In addition outdoor cabinets solutions.
• Installing Huawei Transmission Microwave, Indoor unit RTN 910 -980, 1+1 protection and XPIC, configuring the link by U2000 Web LCT software, multiple sizes of the Dish
• Making Clearance and Acceptance for the sites with the vendor and operator
• Making As-Built Reports for the completed sites

3- RF Drive Test Engineer ( Jan 2011 - Aug 2011 )
• Test the coverage by making SSV and Cluster test using Huawei Genex probe, checking calls quality, download, upload, and handover.
• Generating SSV and Cluster Reports using Huawei Genex Assistant.
• Coordinating with the field technicians and Engineers to resolve any network degrading faults generated at BTS sites and Installation teams.
• Analysis of Network Performance statistics (KPIs) and reveals troubleshooting for the RF optimization.
