Parking System Project at Jordanian University, The project consists of implementing an automatic parking building on six floors with a capacity of 600 cars
KEY RESULT AREAS
•Preparation of study and implementation of projects for Biogas, WWTP, Gray water, wells and underground basins.
•Pursuing the company vision & mission to execute engineering & livelihood projects with key involvement in project engineering, analysis and M&E, generating projects reports, planning organizing & coordinating several departments to accomplish projects, and develop methods to solve problems
•Handling the planning stages, from feasibility studies and preliminary design to the production of detailed design and construction documents including contracts and relation documents
•Looking after overall activities which includes revival of the engineering drawings, coordinating with the stakeholders and clients to achieve the desired result of completion of the project in the stipulated timeframe with efficiency
•Coordinating with the materials manager to order best quality materials for construction activities and assessing the inventory situation and submitting orders for procurement of material well in advance to avoid work delay and ensuring on time delivery for smooth operations
•Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities
•Communicating and presenting inspection reports to clients and related report assessing bodies; executing interior works, including civil, sanitary, fabrication joinery, paints, aluminum work, water proofing & water harvesting, etc.
•Acting as the focal point for the delivery of the inspection program, including communication with clients, suppliers and inspection of technical support; conducting internal and external design reviews
•Motivating workforce, providing communications and taking measures to ensure that all elements are cooperating and coordinating efforts for maximum efficiency and quality throughout the project

•Shouldered the accountability of preparing technical studies and assessments in Syria including water availability, wells, natural networks for sewage and Dams.
