Responsible for the sale of Johnson Controls Products & Services to primary decision makers focusing within end users and service providers (e.g. Contractors, consultants and end-users)
Major Responsibilities:
1- Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all related mechanical works at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.
2- Estimate, prepare, and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all Mechanical and related works prior to execution.
3- Directly manage and provide engineering and technical support to all the Mechanical work groups at site.
4- Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all Mechanical groups at site.
5- Submit site daily reports, inspection requests, and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
6- Directly responsible for the safety of all Mechanical groups personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution is being done according to all applicable health, safety, and environmental standards.
7- Attend regular meeting with client, civil engineers and consultant to provide update on project progress.

• Responsibilities carried out:
•HVAC:
-Estimate cooling load for projects as per organizational
norms and standards.
-Design different HVAC systems as per building
requirements & customer satisfactions.
-Prepare and revise project cost estimates as needed.
-Prepare project equipment's calculations & selections.
-Prepare project equipment submittal forms and contract
drawings.
-Monitor and ensure proper project execution as per
company quality standards.
-Assist customer's with project evaluation reviews during
executing of the projects.
-Follow company procedure in conducting primary and
secondary handover of projects to the customers.
•Fire-Fighting:
-Review IFC design drawings & conduct required
calculations to select the equipment.
-Installation of fire fighting services according to NFPA
13 for sprinkler system, NFPA 14 for sand-pipe system &
NFPA 10 for hose system.
-Conduct inspection of pressure test for pipes & other
relevant materials.
-Installation & commissioning of fire pumps as per
approved drawings.
•Plumbing:
-Review water & drainage design drawings and conduct
required corrections & calculations accordingly.
-Installation of water & drainage pipe systems.
-Installation & commissioning of dewatering, booster, &
submersible pumps.

-Dallah Hospital North Clinics.
-Ministry Of Justice (Data Center).

Resposibilities
- Cashier at Johnney's restaurant.
- Issue the local invoices.
- At close of business tallies and reconciles cash on-hand with daily receipt vouchers.
- Perform other duties as required.
➢ Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering- general (Mutah University, Karak, Jordan), 2013, and rating good (72.75%)
➢ General School Certificate 2008, scientific stream, with an Average of 98.6%. ➢ Trainee at (Al-ahli plastic factory) as maintenance engineer where i learnt the basic principles of the plastic manufacturing and how to tackle the problems of hydraulic systems.
