Handle all shipments from A-Z
Contact with the client to collect all shipment details
Contact shipping line to obtain the best rate for the required destination
Arrange all shipment starting with the land transportation, custom clearance & ocean
freight.
Discuss with shipping line for any extra charges for demurrage and storage.
Contact new agents from different countries to collect best rate for our import shipments
Compare all rate received and select the best rate
Selling our services to the client
Checking all client documentations to be sure that all required documents are available
Sending our instruction of bill of lading and Airway bill to our agent / shipping line.
Checking the draft of bill of lading / Airway bill with shipping line and client
Checking all other documents Certificate of origin / Health certificate .. etc.
Following with our accounting department for issuing the invoice with all costs
Following with client for payments
