- Performing accounting tasks including book keeping, credit and collection, billing, statement of accounts, producing and analyzing balance sheets, profit & loss statements and fixed assets inventory.

- Processing payments, bank deposits, transfers

- Issuing invoices, travel expenses and collecting contracts payments.

- Reviewing and controlling accounting transactions, documents to ensure accuracy of information, and correcting entries.

- Compiling and analyzing various ledger accounts, such as reconciliations, revenues and expenditures accounts.
- Preparing Quarterly financial reports and studies for meetings.

- Interacting with purchasing department regarding subcontractors/suppliers’ invoices & payments

- Final settlement of employees and monthly payroll addition & deduction based on approval from HR department

- Supporting General Manager in budget preparation.

- Interacting with External Auditors in completing audits.

- Closing books at year end upon completion of annual audit.

- Any other job directly or indirectly relating to finance and accounts, directly or indirectly allocating by the finance director.

- Preparing income tax declaration, VAT reports, social security contribution reports, tax on salaries & other social security reports, payroll distribution and cash balances.
- Processing payments, bank deposits, transfers and commissions statements.

- Issuing invoices, travel expenses and collecting contracts payments .

- Following up with clients/vendors and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.

- Forming and developing regular analysis of customer accounts and ensuring proper monthly closings.

- Reviewing and controlling accounting transactions, documents to ensure accuracy of information, and correcting entries.

- Compiling and analyzing various ledger accounts, such as reconciliations, revenues and expenditures accounts.

- Preparing monthly financial reports and studies for monthly meetings.

- Supporting General Managers in budget preparation.

- Interacting with internal HR Department and Insurance provider in office related activities by performing other administrative duties (time and attendance system, annual leaves, sick leaves…).

- Filing and recording accounting documents.
