• Responsible of workshop, perform troubleshooting and repair of rig equipment and vehicles, assigned to all company segments. Directly and through subordinates.
• Oversee the implementation of the preventative maintenance system for the rig equipments (pumps, centrifuge, generators, vehicles ...) and maintain all of the preventative maintenance system records. Ensure that all preventive and corrective maintenance is captured in our local server.
• Prepare daily reports for the maintenance team, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
• Makes decisions on repair priorities.
• Requisition spare parts, tools, and materials for electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Directing employees in the use of safety equipment and procedures, and attend safety meetings.

• Installation and maintenance of electrical and electronic Rig equipments. Such as Siemens PLC system S7-300-400. VFD Micromaster 430, 440. Blower system. Motors electronic devices. Using several troubleshooting and test equipment, signal generators, power meters, Volt/ohm meter and oscilloscopes. Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate.
• check all new arrival electrical spare parts for tps unit
• Team leader, leading a team of twenty electricians in rig up of (TPS) unite
• Responsible of 1000 kva SDMO generators (switch between them, supervising the maintenance ).
• Issuing electrical permits to work, conducting Job Safety Analysis (JSA) with teams prior to start operations, and responsible of Lockout/Tagout Procedure.
• Compliance with HS&E policies.

• Installation and commissioning of various equipment in video monitoring (funkwerk camra series) and access control systems (KABA Tripod barriers, security barrier, turnikets, card reader….)
• Supervise contractors in cables pulling operation.
