Main Responsibility
1. Ensure that all the organization Pc's are working properly.
2. Ensure that all the organization Printers in a good condition.
3. Ensure that all the peripheral devices like (Keyboard, mousse, monitor, all in one machines are in a good condition.
4. Ensure that all organization servers are working properly.
5. Ensures that all the internet routers, switches are working properly.
6. Ensures that all the internet lines are working properly.
7. Ensures that the entire hotel network switches, Racks, network cables are labeled and working properly.
8. Ensure that all the fibers cables are in saved and working properly.
9. Perform a routine preventive maintenance for al organization hardware
10. Responsible for the hotel hardware troubleshooting workstations, networks, peripheral devices.
11. Create and maintain hotel hardware troubleshooting logs send to the Director IT.
12. Create and maintain WAN/LAN hotel maintenance logs send to the Director IT Manager.
13. Ensure that the hotel micros hardware is working properly.
14. Prepare and provide a daily check list for all micros hardware send to the Director IT Manager, General Manager.
15. Prepare and provide a regular monthly check list for all the hotel hardware send to the Director IT Manager, General Manager.
16. Prepare and provide a regular maintenance for the network infrastructure.
17. Maintain and mange a network troubleshooting logs send to the Director IT Manager, General Manager.
18. Prepare and maintain a regular check list for all the hotel Onity encoder send to the Director IT Manager, General Manager.
19. Prepare and maintain a regular check list for all the hotel safe boxes send to the Director IT Manager, General Manager.
20. Ensure that all the hotel applications maintenance contracts, service agreements are documented, evaluated and updated.
