Working closely with different line of businesses, providing a more detailed/higher level of coaching and support. Exposed to a wide range of queries from Business Leaders, pro-actively translates business needs into HR solutions while ensuring all advice, support and administration is compliant with local employment legislation and Company policies.
Serving as strategic HRBP for MEA area (Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and UAE) operational and functional HR processes. Adding value by working closely with the business to ensure effective HRM, whilst also ensuring compliance to legal requirements and Corporate policies and best practices.
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, advising managers, managing relocations and intern program. Also, developing and implementing programs that align the workforce with key business strategies and initiatives.
