 SFMC Façade Sector; Psychiatric Hospital -HOH- Hospital of Hope: Oversaw architecture of all stages of HOH podium and tower hospital building as a job captain and BIM coordinator. Designed HOH building façade. Collaborated with client, contractor, suppliers, engineers, and facility management company. Supervised two architects, two drafters, and one 3D visualizer to complete building from idea to construction documents.  SFMC Close Out Sector; GA plans, Sections, RCPs: Directed architects and engineers in Close-Out general plans, sections and ceilings of podium, tower hospital buildings. Liaised with client, contractor, suppliers, and facility management company to design ceilings and acoustics and revised GAs and Secs accordingly. Confirmed FGI and Reference design requirements with each clinical/non-clinical group.  Emirates Investment Authority Headquarters: Supervised design and modelling of initial concepts for team designing £14.5K commercial building for Emirates Investment Authority in Abu Dhabi.
