Serve as a technical architect and BIM lead for £30K on average in different projects in Egypt and UK. Oversee technical and resource allocation for £20M EXPO 2020 DEWA Pavilion and £350M GHAF Villas and Townhouses Concept projects in Dubai, UAE. Supervised up to 9 architects, 3D visualizers, and drafters.
Key Projects:
 DEWA Expo 2020 Pavilion: Serve as lead project architect and BIM Coordinator for teams producing comprehensive design and construction package for unique facility. Prepare architectural drawings, reports, sketches, and specifications complying with local code. Arrange and oversee overall master program timeline, secure confirmation from authorities, and address building codes and performance, quality, cost and safety standards. Help conduct value engineering exercises and choose materials. Work on project contract and change orders. Submit designs approved by client, and completed 80% of schematic design stage.
 GHAF Villas and Townhouses: Work as lead project architect and job captain creating and presenting schematic design approved by client and ready for next stage. Establish and monitor overall master program schedule. Worked with structure, MEP and master planning teams. Respond to review comments, addressing contractor queries, specifications, etc. meeting local code requirements.

Worked as lead architect and team member for multiple phases of £1, 215M Security Force Medical City (SFMC) master planned medical campus project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, plus additional assignments in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and Hong Kong. Supervised up to 17 architects, 3D visualizers, and drafters.

 SFMC Façade Sector; Main Hospital and Women and Children’s Hospital: Managed all phases of podium and tower hospital building. Worked with client, contractor, suppliers and facility management company to ensure primary project components including helipad, canopy, and hospital were completed in BIM setting and prepared architectural construction drawings and specifications.
 SFMC Façade Sector; Psychiatric Hospital -HOH- Hospital of Hope: Oversaw architecture of all stages of HOH podium and tower hospital building as a job captain and BIM coordinator. Designed HOH building façade. Collaborated with client, contractor, suppliers, engineers, and facility management company. Supervised two architects, two drafters, and one 3D visualizer to complete building from idea to construction documents. Devised and developed architectural drawings, reports, sketches and specification. Established overall master schedule and answered requests for information from contractors.
 SFMC Close Out Sector; GA plans, Sections, RCPs: Directed architects and engineers in Close-Out general plans, sections and ceilings of podium, tower hospital buildings. Liaised with client, contractor, suppliers, and facility management company to design ceilings and acoustics and revised GAs and Secs accordingly. Confirmed FGI and Reference design requirements with each clinical/non-clinical group. Facilitated architectural construction drawings and specifications for the three hospital buildings, secured approvals from authorities and set up building inspections by local authorities. Arranged proposals for structural, building services systems, sustainable/interior design, landscape, and healthcare planner requirements. Established and led overall master schedule and forecast progress of activities and packages. Ordered materials and administered project contract and change orders.
 SFMC Hospital Mock-Up Building: Guided building architectural core and shell. Designed building plan geometry visual of rooms used in hospital. Led team of architects and engineers to complete building from idea to construction documents. Devised and developed architectural drawings, reports, sketches and specification, determined and analysed overall master schedule and answered requests for information from contractors.
 SFMC Hospital Utility Chiller Building: Administered team of architects and engineers through all building phases. Created architectural drawings, reports, sketches and specifications through all design stages, preparing and managing/reviewing overall master schedule.
 Empower Headquarters Complex: Led 17 architects and engineers in concept and schematic stages of residential towers portion of £77M project with three towers. Collaborated with client, contractor, suppliers, and facility management company to design building façade and interface. Prepared architectural drawings, obtained approvals from authorities, and secured materials.
 Emirates Investment Authority Headquarters: Supervised design and modelling of initial concepts for team designing £14.5K commercial building for Emirates Investment Authority in Abu Dhabi. Collaborated with other professionals to analyses and employ proper methods to complete project. Met regulatory and environmental standards including adjacent facilities.
 Kai-Tak Primary School: Played key role on sustainability team handling design stages of facility for Hong Kong. Government. Managed modelling in Revit to address building environmental analysis programmes criteria. Assisted in conducting daylight, ventilation, pressure, and analytical simulations to determine design issues.

Designed residential and commercial aspects of golf complex apartments for DAMAC Properties and private luxury villa for Omar Al Shunnar. Supervised up to 6 architects, 3D visualizers, and drafters.

 Akoya Golf Apartments: Helped with design and oversaw service for buildings G+7 construction document aspects for £138.5M podium and tower residential building. Partnered with client, contractor, suppliers, and facility management company. Studied drawings to properly execute primary components in BIM and prepare architectural construction renderings and specifications.
 Private Luxury Villa: Collaborated with client, design team, and engineers to produce detailed design and construction plan for luxury villa. Developed architectural drawings, reports, sketches, and specifications. Helped determine overall master schedule, secured approvals from authorities, and addressed building legislation and performance, quality, cost, and safety standards. Helped conduct value engineering exercises to establish budget and worked on project contract and change orders.

Partnered with contractor, and structure, MEP, landscape, and projects teams for £720M Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), phase 3 project, and £1, 625M City Gate (BARWA) project. plus, additional assignments in UAE, Qatar, Oman and Kuwait.

 GEM Service Buildings: Worked with project team (architects and 3D visualizers) and BIM team on early stages of main building. Prepared architectural construction drawings and specifications plus, responses/sketches for request for information (RFI) from contractors to solve site issues.
 GEM Mankurs Wall Façade: Served on BIM team working on main museum wall featuring diverse scales and types to help meet client needs appropriateness to site. Produced architectural construction drawings and specifications and responded to requests for information from contractors to solve site issues.
 City Gate New Cairo - BARWA: Helped with stage from idea to construction development portions of commercial and retail building within large mixed-use complex in New Cairo, Egypt. Worked with other architectural teams, engineers, suppliers and facility management company. In addition, Helped with urban planning conceptual design of project master plan. Supervised small group of drafters ensuring primary project components followed BIM protocols. Prepared architectural construction visuals and sketches.
