• Coordinate and allocate resources for design projects based on budgets, timelines, local authorities' demands, and staffing requirements.
• Communicate high-level concepts' development to stakeholders, demonstrating feasibility, viability, functionality, and constructability.
• Manage design development and detail design teams throughout the master developers' DD submissions, building permit packages, and issued for construction packages to ensure project objectives and specificationsare achieved.
• Manage external consultants and specialists by planning RFPs, negotiating TCPs, and generating relevantresponsibility matrices for each area of scope for external consultants and specialists' contracts with Discipline.
• Apply strategic thinking to design effective and engaging space planning to meet end-user needs.
• Ensure operational needs, challenges, and opportunities are consistently considered by working closely with sub- consultants and site teams.
• Contribute to marketing material production and evaluation for business development.
• Boosted the sales of Rukan project by studying the larger units and subdividing them into more appealing, easilysellable units from 458 units to 615 units in total without affecting the master plan or the TIS study, and obtainedthe needed building permits.
• Led the team awarded three Arab Property Awards in October 2022-23. The “Al Maryah Vista 2” project won the“Best High-Rise Residential Project” and “Best 5-Star High-Rise Residential Project”, while the “Al Raha Lofts” wonthe “Best Residential Project” with more than 20 housing units. The awards were presented during a distinguishedceremony held recently at the Al Habtoor Grand Resort, Dubai. The “Al Raha Lofts 1” provides about 164 housingunits, while “Al Raha Lofts 2” adds about 110 housing units, as the company recently completed works and starteddelivery of the project located within the Al Raha Beach area in Abu Dhabi. The “Al Maryah Vista 2” provides 588housing units on Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi.
• Managed the design process and design constants for all development projects across the UAE.
• During the design development, successfully increased the efficiency of AG5 tower in Business Bay, Dubai, adding2 full stories with 22 apartments per floor, enhancing the conceptual design received from the client.
• Increased the efficiency and flow of the parking floors for multiple residential and mixed-use projects.
• Successfully redesigned multiple facades to become more appealing and cost-effective without impacting theoriginal design.
• Participated in the value engineering process of some tendered projects during the awarding phase, which led tomore efficient space planning and cost savings.
During this period, I was managing the team responsible for the timely execution of Khalifa University Campus extension project deliverables concerning FF&E packages for the Students Hub, Library, Public areas and sports facilities. Moreover, I was a Senior committee member reviewing and supervising the architectural finishes during the final stages of the project.
Managed and held the responsibility for all design reviews, processes, and procedures. Managed and led a multi-disciplinary engineering team for D&B construction project comprising Six Residential Buildings G+11 located at Al Furjan Community. Coordinated and liaised with the Project Director and the rest of the senior management team/peers and stake holders on all matters related to operational issues required for the success of the program in accordance with the client expectations and all development related budgets, managerial & design review decisions during the project's life cycle.
Co-founder, Partner and Principal Architect of this boutique design studio in Egypt. Spearheaded and managed architectural aspects for most projects. Maintained a steady source of projects within the MENA & GCC regions during operation years. Worked on design-build projects such as residential villas, public buildings, resorts, interior architecture works and retail shop designs.
Garnered recognition for performance: “Best support office" from Kuwait Building house - Beyout Investment Group” (2013). Remotely coordinated the design developments and reviews for: Al Joaib Engineering, Saeed Nasser Architects, Tamkeen Investment and Real Estate Development and Egyptian House for Architecture and Planning.
• Led the development of three major projects located at Abu-Dhabi and Cairo and monitored work progress on a regular basis.
• Ensured that work activities and construction documents were inline and conform to business requirements and highest industry standards.

2. Oceanscape mixed-use development 3B+G+32, Reem Island, Abu Dhabi.
3. Alwifaq Tower, mixed-use development 2B+G+2P+40, Reem Island, Abu Dhabi.
Was responsible for advising, reporting to and representing the group in all projects throughout GCC, MENA, USA and Far East. Leading the in-house design & engineering team; initiating and creating innovative prototypes; providing very cost-effective, timeless design solution. As well as, leading, coordinating and supervising their FF&E department. Accomplished handful number of projects for the Hospitality and Real Estate Investments & Development Departments.
Started out as an intern with this company in Cairo and was immediately hired after accomplishing the required hours for internship. Worked on the design and details of different architectural and interior components of public venues, after a few months, was promoted to Muscat Office and given assignments in Cruise terminal, Port Sultan Qaboos, the development of 3D massing & conception, and preparation of design development portfolios for hospitality & public projects in different provinces in Oman.
Successfully accomplished a significant number of projects for the company by solely handling and accomplishing the pre-concepts and concept development. This work involved coordination with other professionals from the sub-consultants’ offices and with the design development teams.
Accredited degree focused on architectural design in the context of technology and history.
