PMP lead for upgrade projects including Rac upgrade, RDBMS upgrade, EBS Upgrade, Applying periodically recommended patches for APPS, FMW, GRID, RDBMS.
Coordinate with other Teams such as OS upgrades.
Communicate with customers to review the eimapct for every PMP and esnure that technically and form business prescriptive that the PMP applied successfully.
Tracking any post issues and try to provide existing technical solution or managing to resolve it through product support.
Ensure the trimming of any agreed tasks are finished within the estimated time.
Produce the execution details for every task in a manner that it can be executed and be ready to explain for other team if any unclear action plan or steps.
Be ready for new technologies and release to read and study it carefully and monitor in general the most critical issue related for any new technologies.

- Upgrade Databases to latest releases single, Rac, Exadata
- Upgrade R12 to latest maintenance packs.
- Apply latest rollup and family packs for installed business modules such as HRRUPs
- Upgrade JDK and JRE for latest releases and security updates
- Upgrade Application servers and apply latest bundle patches
- Apply PSU patches for databases.
- Stabilize Autoconfig for customized templates
- Analyzing patches for pre and post requites
- Configure New MTs.
- Configure PCP for concurrent managers.
- Configure standby databases
- Upgrade Discoverer to latest patchsets.
- Upgrade FMW products
- Shell scripting
Senior Oracle Aplication DBA for e-business server release 11.5.10.2
About 10 years experience on IT industry starting from 1998 till now. My Major Experience including Administrating Oracle Application e-business database in addition understanding and supporting the business functions, And very familiar with the e-business tables including uploading data using interface tables or APIS, Preparing and executing quires for extracting specific data, Familiar with the most difficult technical problems in e-business database and also supporting problems that arises in the application side.
- Build the application server (Forms, Reports, Discoverer, SSO, and Portal) with configuration the dynamic environment switch and the Arabic language fonts.
- Upgrading e-business application including database, Auto config, AD Utility, Ad clone.
- Maintain Database backup using RMAN.
- Maintain Database availability Physical Standby (Data guard Broker).
- Maintain Database security including database vault, APPS Password.
- Maintain Database performance including monitoring the database parameters and resources and tracing any abnormal sessions using enterprise manager.
- Maintain SRS for application and database support for troubleshooting, applying data fixes scripts.
- Maintain network connectivity. And configure Oracle client software ex: ADI.
- Arctihcet new technologies designs and implementations.
Responsible for installing, configuring, monitoring, maintaining, and supporting day-to-day activities required to operate an Oracle e-Business environment running on Windows platform and provide data security, quality, performance, and accessibility of the Oracle e-Business suite. aslo implement and support Oracle HR & Payroll. and support Oracle EAMInstall discoverer application server 10 g and integrate it with e-business application as Single Sign on with Oracle Portal. Adminiter Discoverer 10 G via business intelligent utility.
Key responsibilities of Oracle Applications DBA:
Install or upgrade Oracle Database & Applications software.
Apply Patches and perform upgrades as required and work closely with Oracle Support to resolve technical issues.
Full Applications 11i lifecycle support including Installation, Cloning, Configuration, Upgrade of Oracle Applications 11i on Windows Platforms.
Monitor and manage the applications environments and send status report on a daily basis and perform Database Backup, Recovery & Maintenance.
Work with team members to identify performance tuning requirements and implement them from an Apps perspective.
Perform issue troubleshooting and communicate potential problems to team members.
Perform documentation of changes and problems with related solutions.
Administer the network for about 110 desktop users computers.So, maintaining security policies inside and outside the network and manging the internet access and mailing system for the internal users and solving any problems appear in the network or any related hardware problems and generating a daily reports for the high mangment about the network movments and any needs for devloping tools of administration
