Roles & Responsibilities:
* Act as a focal point with client, consultant and SBG senior management in all HSE
matters
* Organize, conduct and lead weekly HSE meetings
* Involve in weekly leadership safety walk through with client, consultant and SBG
leadership.
* Develop and implement Project HSE Plan and risk mitigation plans
* Participate in weekly HSE forum conducted by client, representing SBG
* Be and advisory member in executive decision making
* Perform incident investigation
* Development and conduct project specific training programs
* Evaluate project HSE resource, review CV’s, conduct interview and complete
appointment.
* Plan and conduct project safety audits
* Lead the HSE Team consisting 61 members in different HSE capacity.
(ABSAR) - KSA
Responsible for managing HSE in the following projects: ( 100 millions SR )
Renovation of marine berth project at Yanbu commercial sea port.
Saline Water Conversion Corporation -SWCC
Concrete rehabilitation of deteriorated concrete structure in Ummluj S.W.C.C. Plant
Concrete rehabilitation of deteriorated concrete structure in Shuuqaiq S.W.C.C. Plant
Rehabilitation of concrete structure PH-1 & 2 for S.W.C.C. Jubail.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordination with all site stakeholders regarding all safety issues.
Conducting site HSE committee meeting
Preparing of HSE Management Plans such as, emergency plan, traffic plan, Fire prevention
plan and Heat stress plan.
Regularly conducting Tool Box Meeting for Workers and supervisors.
Ensure all Work Permit conditions are fully adhered.
Accurate and up-to-date documentation of policies, procedures and data.
Ensure to conduct Safety Legal Audits & Inspection on the Site.
Rigging planning for heavy Erection Jobs.
Preparation of Activity Risk Assessment to be attached with the activities method
statement.
Preparation of Daily, Weekly and monthly safety reports.
Conducting Emergency Evacuation, Fire Fighting, Workers & staffs induction Training
Programs.
Communicate & identify the hazards of all work activities in separated toolbox meeting.
Preparation of Risk assessment.
Traffic safety, onsite Emergency Plan Response (Mock Drills) etc.
Monitor PPE and ensure quality & availability of adequate stock in inventory.
Workplace monitoring and regular inspection of ongoing activities.
Attend HSE Committee Meetings.
Preparation of safety performance report and safety statistics reports.
Make sure on the daily basis the permit is on place and work has been going on as per
specified in the permit.
Ensure safety requirement in rigging & lifting, scaffolding erection, modification &
dismantling, confined space entry, hot works, working at height, excavation, pneumatic
test, hydro test, LOTO.
Inspected all fir fighting equipment and ensure properly deployed.
Incident/Accident investigation and reporting.
Project : Talkha Power station ( steel structure & electromechanical)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate with site HSE Manager to schedule/plan emergency response plans,
exercises, and drills and track follow-up actions to completion.
Inspect of working at height, fire extinguishers, rigging slings, scaffolds materials, hot
works and verify implementations and effectiveness of corrective action.
Inspected regularly every month, fire prevention equipment such as fire extinguishers,
smoke detector, fire hydrant, sprinkle system etc.
Investigate incident and determine probable cause and develop appropriate safety
measures to prevent recurrence.
Provide Personal Protection Equipment to meet safety standards.
Assist HSE manager with primary function of implementing company health and safety
policy.
Manufacture and installation of fabricated metal products including steel structures, storage tanks,
pressure vessels, stacks, ducts, wind towers, boilers, heat exchangers, prefabricated buildings and
pipes; provides turnkey erection work; provides electromechanical contracting.
Project: Cairo North Power Plant
Roles & Responsibilities:
Time to time visit work area if found any deviation of permits requirements take
necessary action.
Maintenance of central files and documentation to meet all HSE requirements.
Daily HSE inspections of work areas.
Maintain emergency response procedures and ensure they are updated as required.
Metal fabrication factory
Roles & Responsibilities:
Make sure on the daily basis the permit is on place and work has been going on as per
specified in the permit.
Monitor the job site regarding all work activities and situation.
Identify all hazards in the monitor areas and recommend remedial action the concerned
responsible persons.
Ensure safety requirement in rigging & lifting, scaffolding erection, modification &
dismantling, confined space entry, hot works, working at height, excavation, pneumatic
test, hydro test, LOTO.
Inspect all fir fighting equipment and ensure properly deployed.
Inspect and ensure that color coding of all tools and equipments are done properly.
Project : Abu Zaabl Steel Mill Erection Work of the Steel making Plant on Abu Zaabal Steel Mill.
The scope of work comprises the electromechanical installation for 35, 000 ton of mechanical
Equipments 3, 000 ton of Electrical Equipments 2, 000 ton of Refractory.
