payment aggregator, e-collections and e-payments services provider.
2- Acquire new billers from different sectors (Governmental, Utilities, Charities,
Education, Syndicates, Telecom, ISPs, Banking, Transportation, Entertainment,
Insurance, Advertising, International Payment, Online Payment).
3- Scan and study the market to analyze competition and clients and consumers
preferences, to find proper business opportunities and to define the proper use
cases.
4- Manage the business cycle with billers by (identifying business opportunities,
building and strengthen clients engagement at all levels, presentations, pricing,
commercial proposals, user acceptance tests and till launching stages, and after
launching activities as accounts management during the service life cycle).
5- Conduct analysis and periodical reviews for the services performance and the
business plan progress and working accordingly.
6- Coordinate constently with the internal departments (Technical, Operations,
Sales, Finance, Marketing) before, during, and after launching of any existing or
new service.
7- Participate commercially in the legal revising for the business contracts and its
contractual conditions against our billers and partners.

1-Lead a team of 3 colleagues to manage ITSC’s end to end relationships with Regulators, Governmental Entities, National Switch, MNOs, Billers, Aggregators, PSPs, Banks, MTOs, MFIs, Payment Processors and other sectors regarding FinTech Solutions (Electronic Money Wallets, Digital Payment Solutions, International Money Remittance, and Electronic Documents Interchange).
2-Manage commercial activities by developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals.
3-Scan and study the market to analyze competition and customer preferences to find proper business opportunities and to define the proper use cases.
4-Develop the company business model and develop the value proposition that will be offered to the customer, to ensure customer acquisition and satisfaction.
5-Manage the business cycles with clients by (identifying business opportunities, building and strengthen clients engagement at all levels, presentations, pricing, commercial proposals, user acceptance tests and till launching stages, and after launching activities as accounts management during the service life cycle).
6-Manage the sales team to prospect potential customers, conduct calls, set appointment, and meets them to demonstrate presentations and demos about the potential solutions and values that could be provided.
7-Inform the technical departments regarding the customer preliminary requirements and arrange meetings to identify business and technical requirements for the project scope.
8-Ensure proper follow up with existing clients and find opportunities to expand revenues from the existing accounts.
9-Coordinate with technical and finance departments to develop and submit proposals.
10-Prepare, develop, and revise business development and sales commercial contracts and agreements.

2- Assist to design business development strategy and Engage with CIT VERiCASH cross functional teams to design and execute tactical plans to execute the customer attraction strategy and bring relevant business best practices.
3- Contribute in preparing and implementing P&L analysis.
4- Contribute to analyzing and implementing of commercial models for business through profitability modeling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis.
5- Manage the business cycles with clients by (identifying business opportunities, building and strengthen clients engagement at all levels, presentations, pricing, commercial proposals, UATs till launching stages, and after launching activities during the service life cycle).
6- Communicate client's business requirements to the products & technical teams to be translated into technical requirements.

My job is to work with the business development team, marketing team, and directors of the Finance, Operation, Technical, and Sales Departments to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize the revenues and continue to grow business in the future. also manage the relationships with the existing clients (the billers).
1-Explore new opportunities in the e-payment market by conducting market research and researching about organizations and potential new markets and set appointments (Telecommunications - Banking - Utilities - Universities - Donations - Transportation means ticketing - etc…)
2-Present and Negotiating about the agreement with the concerned biller by coordinating of the business & the contractual requirements and till the closing.
3-Building the project plan and managing the project tracks of technically, financially, commercially and operationally issue till the project launching and during its life cycle.
4-Manage the advertising and the launching activities for the new projects.
5-Develop and enhancing of Masary's services.

8- Respond in a timely manner to all Siebel sales leads, churn threat, customers requests, emails, feedbacks and required reports such as weekly report, inventory, sales forecast, remote activation, rejection reports, save & credit reports.
