waterfront, " Residents will have access to a wide variety of five-star services and amenities within the building, including a private exclusive beach, with a sunlit
indoor and horizon-edged outdoor swimming pool with private cabanas offering maximum levels of privacy and comfort. Additionally, the project will offer a
beauty salon, gym, and spa with a jacuzzi and steam rooms, as well as creative, educational, and entertaining activities to cater to little ones. Residents and visitors
will also enjoy special culinary experiences across several restaurants and cafes.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
♦ Coordinate documents and drawings with the Client and Consultant.
♦ Follow-up shop drawings for the project with the design team.
♦ Coordination between Architectural, Structural & MEP drawings/site to avoid conflicts.
♦ Review & Coordinate with Subcontractor's shop drawings to comply with site conditions.
♦ Review & Coordinate the material submittal from Subcontractors.
♦ Site inspection and investigation to make solutions in any conflict.
♦ Work within multi-national teams
♦ Manage communication between all parties involved in the development, where appropriate.
♦ Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications
♦ Day-to-day site management, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.
♦ Coordinate the project with the internal team and sub-contractor with regard to the time
schedule, material specification, and quality.
♦ Quality Control of work done at the site.
♦ Follow up on all specified details and achievements of Acoustical details for doors and joinery
works.

The purpose of the project is to design and build and maintain a fully operational underground car
parking with cinema halls in souq waqif which is include two basement floors consisting of almost 690 car parking spaces, toilets, lobbies, and dry/cold stores.
The ground floor to be an open plaza of high finishes where provisions for services (power, water, gas, etc.) to be included, in addition to all the needed signage, way findings,
lighting, water features, and sitting areas
