o Inspect all finishing and fit out and applications at all projects that running at Saudi Arabia and prepare report to all concern for all site visits outcome along with recommendations and approvals logs.
o Responsibility to keep design theme, deal with site conditions, and maintain design intent.
o Select/approve and substitute materials - when needed - at site for all finishing material/applications keeping design spirit.
o Review and approve all site submittals/transmittals for all finishing related items.
o Supervise site finishing works for comments/approvals and guidance.
o Represent the company at meetings/presentations with all stockholders.
o Present at all company presentations astute business acumen within KSA including tendering processes.
o Supervise issuance of for construction drawings to concerned parties.
o Solve design issues raised at all project stages.
