Business consultant to provide supply chain solutions for the corporate customers to:
- Set supply chain KPIs.
- Analyze supply chain business results.
- Prepare gap analysis based on current status and available capacity.

- Managing the inventory (spare parts, WIP, raw material & MRO) to minimize the company working capital.
- Plan required order quantity to balance between ordering cost and carrying cost
- Ensure that finished products dispatch to fulfill supply plan.
- Plan supplier delivery for local and imported items with the central functions.
- Manage flow and distribution of goods to enhance our customer satisfactions at a lowest cost.
• Maintenance of Diesel engines and review all shift reports and other related reports to be sure that work flow is smooth and no deviation happened to the plan.
• Ensure that all planned preventive maintenance and lubrication schedules are executed as planned with best quality in order to eliminate/ decrease down time.
• Ensure equipment documentation and Periodic Preventive Maintenance (PPM) procedures are constantly updated within areas of responsibility.
• Checking the technical specifications of the new equipment in the factories out of Egypt before shipping to Egypt.
Technical sales engineer of free oil division in Copper Turbo Compressors (Cameron Compression Systems) in Egypt. Machine range up to 25 MW.
