• Carry out the technical supervision of the civil works and the ongoing finishes at all
stages.
• Responsible for all finishing activities, including but not limited to building works,
masonry,
False ceilings, gypsum walls, paint, tiles and marble works.
• Prepare weekly and daily target schedules for all types of activities.
• To check the quality of all materials received on site and to prepare quality reports,
defects, if any.
• Review and ensure the requirements of relevant specifications and standards
Understandings and compliance of the work performed with the specific requirements of
Specifications and drawings.
• Structural design for many buildings.

• Prepare and issue necessary shop drawings for all allocated tasks.
• Prepare quantity survey for steel and concrete work and any implemented activities by
using computer programs .
• Examining all tender documents, including public, private, technical and commercial
ones
& Legal Terms & Conditions.
• Attending progress meetings and discussing and proposing technical proposals with
clients.
• Follow the submission of articles.
• Management and review of operational plans.
• Preparing and reviewing the subcontractor's extracts according to the works executed at
the site.
• Review the company's extracts with the consultant.
• Manage quality assurance activities
