- EGYPT (From 1st of Nov. 2012 Till now).
Project Manager for Alexandria Hilton Hotel.
- The project is converting Maritime Jolie Ville to Hilton.
- The renovation including 10 guest floors with 160 rooms with four royal suites, 6 podium floors including all conference rooms, ball rooms, kitchens, restaurants, casino, swimming pool and offices.
- The renovation including main plant and all required MEP work. - The process including the fire life safety requirements as per Hilton standard.
- All the specs as per Hilton product improvement plan (PIP).
Project Manager for First Nile Boat..
- The Boat now under construction in the Arab contractors Marine ( Massara ).
- The project is owned to First Group and the main contractor is Arab Contractors and all required specifications as per Four Season ( Operator ) standards .
- The boat consists of four floors including the Main plants, Main kitchens, Restaurants, Club 35 casino, Ball rooms and the sun deck .
- Duties / Responsibilities:
-I was Responsible for Monitor and Control The Overall Construction Process.
-Massive Coordination Process between all Project Stakeholders.
-Putting an Eye on Time and Budget and give a Hand to Subordinators .
-Ensure Quality, Continuity and Efficiency in The Execution Mandates .
-Engage in Comprehensive value Analyses and Constructability review program.
-Form The Smooth Operation Links so as not to Impede The Progress.
-Supervise All Activities and The Work of Contractors for Compliance with The Contract and Maintain Project Archives Documents, Accounts, Correspondence.
-Monitor HSE Implementation in Site .
-Review and Initiate daily, weekly and monthly Progress Reports.
