Manage the effective achievement of Purchasing, Inventory, Logistics and All Supply Chain objectives through leadership.
Implement the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamic AX) through the complete cycle of supply chain
Establish the safety stock and monthly forecast to eliminate stock out
Near following to production control, materials control and production progress to ensure materials
delivery on time then finished product on time delivery
Ensure all production data, warehouse stock movements, safety stock, and other operational data entered
on ERP systems in an accurate and timely manner.
Analyzed statistical data and reports to ascertain trends in performance, resulting in maximum effective
and efficient use of logistical resources
Establish Sales & operation planning meeting to discuss sales forecast and POs plan for each quarter
complete operation control of inventory stock level
Following all activity with the Supply chain team the plan and action throw the plan and progress against
the plan to ensure achievement on time and re-plan if required

Manage the effective achievement of Production Planning, Supply Chain, and Operation objectives through
leadership.
• Time management for turnaround & shutdown site jobs by daily following actual activity against the plan
as required form customers (SADARA, ARAMCO, SABIC, SWCC, and SEC).
• Strong knowledge in AC induction motors complete Manufacturing, Repair, and troubleshooting processes
following all international standards.
• Strong in implement and following up all kinds of Planning to meet customer requirements starting from
the top management strategic plan until the end of execution activity such Strategic & Business Planning,
Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP), Production & Capacity Planning, Production Activity Control (PAC)
• Ensure that all production data, warehouse stock movements, safety stock, and other operational data
entered on ERP systems in an accurate and timely manner.
Work with management in coordinating and planning production activities to improve the runtime and
work as part of the management team to develop and implement the company policies and objectives.
• Continuous improvement process and eliminate waste using Lean Manufacturing & JIT system.
• Implement Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Materials required plan (MRP) with execution actions
with the production and purchase department to meet the final required delivery date.
• Monitoring customer delivery situation by OTIF (On Time in Full) methodology to achieve service required
level and customer satisfaction.
• Develop the production plan, budget, and timelines according to production specifications.
• Collaborating closely with the Financial Manager, Purchasing Manager, QC Manager & Engineering
department by sharing information for any required development and improvement.
• Identify delays and analyze root causes then accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines
• Control Just In Time (JIT) system for materials by strong handling supply chain cycle
-Special Cables Manufacturing
Completely understanding and managing all process for cables manufacturing and production line and
materials required for all special cables
• Plan and schedule sales orders and build up the production plan and required resources
• Check the Rough-Cut Capacity plan (Bottle Nicks) for all workstations to finalize the delivery dates
• Check materials available on the stock then release PRs to purchase Dept. and confirm materials delivery
• Compute Master Production Schedule MPS to the concerned department
• Compute Materials Requirement Plan MRP to the concerned department.
• Compute Customer Delivery Situation and update priority on Sales & Operation (S&OP) weekly meeting
• Following with Purchase all release PRs and materials Estimated Time Arrival ETA
• Strong in inventory management to avoid stock errors and assure accurate record by auditing materials
quantity and inventory cost in sequence basis
• Identify delays and analyze root causes then accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines
• Ensure delivery as per the required schedule and ensure all materials arrive on-time and record on the
system with co-ordinations with the purchasing department, Quality Control, and the Warehouse.
• Control Just In Time (JIT) system by strong handling supply chain cycle with long term suppliers agreement
• Always review and develop the system to enhance smooth communication between departments
• Implement production system with IT for on-time monitoring with PLC and SCADA system
• Maintain the correct stock level to reduce storage costs according to the company policies.
• Strong knowledge to build up ERP system with the programming team to integrate with operation process
and relations between departments and create easily links system
