• CHARGE NURSE - ICU (60 rooms) o Adhering to safety protocols: Adhere to strict safety protocols to prevent the spread of infection and ensure the safety of patients and healthcare workers.
o Participating in continuing education: Participate in continuing education to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advances and best practices in critical care nursing.
o Participating in administrative meetings: Participates in administrative meetings to discuss budgets, staffing, and other operational issues.
o Managing patient flow: Manages patient flow in the ICU, ensuring that patients are admitted, discharged, or transferred efficiently and safely.
o Collaborating with other healthcare professionals: Work closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patient care is coordinated.
o Participating in administrative meetings: Participate in administrative meetings to discuss budgets, staffing, and other operational issues.

• CHARGE NURSE - ICU (6 rooms) o Collaborating with other healthcare professionals: Collaborates with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patient care is coordinated and effective.
o Advocating for patients: Advocates for patients and their families, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive appropriate care.
o Managing complex medical equipment: Responsible for managing and operating complex medical equipment in the ICU.
o Delegating tasks: Delegates tasks to nursing staff based on their skills and experience.
o Managing crises: Manage crises that arise in the ICU, such as cardiac arrest or respiratory failure.
• CHARGE NURSE - Medical Surgical (50 beds)
o Participating in continuing education: Participate in continuing education to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advances and best practices in medical-surgical nursing. o Providing patient education: Responsible for providing patients with education about their conditions, medications, and treatments, as well as instructions for self-care at home. o Collaborating with healthcare team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, respiratory therapists, and physical therapists, to ensure the best possible care for their patients. o Providing emotional support: Provide emotional support to patients and their families during what can be a difficult and stressful time. o Documenting patient care: Responsible for accurately documenting all aspects of patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, and any changes in the patients condition.

• STAFF NURSE - Medical Surgical (100 beds)
o Assessing patients: Responsible for assessing patients physical and emotional needs, as well as their response to treatment. o Administering chemotherapy: Responsible for administering chemotherapy and other cancer treatments to patients, including intravenous medications. o Managing side effects: Responsible for managing the side effects of cancer treatments, including nausea, vomiting, and fatigue. o Providing emotional support: Provide emotional support to patients and their families during what can be a difficult and stressful time. o Collaborating with healthcare team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, radiation therapists, and social workers, to ensure the best possible care for their patients. o Documenting patient care: Responsible for accurately documenting all aspects of patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, and any changes in the patients condition. o Providing patient education: Responsible for providing patients with education about their cancer diagnosis, medications, and treatments, as well as instructions for self-care at home. o Managing pain: Responsible for managing cancer-related pain and providing pain relief to patients. o Providing end-of-life care: Provide end-of-life care to patients with advanced cancer, helping to manage symptoms and improve quality of life during this time.

• STAFF NURSE - ICU (10 beds)
o Monitoring patients: Frequently monitor patients vital signs, such as blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation levels. o Administering medication: Responsible for administering medication to patients, including intravenous medications, pain management, and antibiotics. o Managing medical equipment: Responsible for monitoring and managing the use of medical equipment, such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and dialysis machines. o Assisting with procedures: Assist with procedures such as intubation, insertion of central lines, and chest tube placement.
