Job responsibilities:
- Forecasting the demand and setting the monthly purchasing orders
- Executing the purchasing orders from the international and local suppliers in UK, US, Canada and Egypt (up to 100 suppliers)
- Following up for the logistical processes with the shipping and clearances companies in air and sea freight ports (5 companies)
- Supervising the processes of receiving the goods at the warehouses and setting the distribution plans to the stores
- Participating in product marketing and displaying and develop the product knowledge
- Following up the inventory turnover and slow moving products also taking redistribution and promotions decisions
- Increasing the base of suppliers, developing the relationships with them, evaluating performance levels and negotiating with them to increase discount rates, payment terms and credit limits
- Following up the supplier accounts with the accounting department to ensure of the payment according the terms and achieving the mutual benefits
- Setting the inventory structures and the purchasing plans for the new stores also train the franchise owners and employees for the stock management

Job achievements:
- Achieving 5% annual Increase in the profitability
- Increasing the base of suppliers and opening new accounts (50% increasing)
- Setting an agreement for annual return 10-15% which reflecting on increasing the profitability of the company
